Returns Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

DHL Express will collect your items on a day / time slot of your choice from your chosen address. We will receive your items back at our UK site within a few days and we will process your refund immediately.

We will deduct the return fee from your refund. See return fees below:

• USA & Canada £15
• Rest of world £20

You can of course return items to the address below using any other tracked method of your choice. We take no responsibility for returns not being delivered if you choose to do this.
